Vulnerability study

The vulnerability study precedes a business plan. It is the one that proposes solutions, procedures, and countermeasures for the management of a recognized threat that are implemented by operational security planning, which has the ultimate responsibility in terms of prevention, suppression and recovery of an organization. The purpose of a vulnerability study is to analyze all the shortcomings and weaknesses of the physical and technical means of an installation as well as their functions.

We begin our evaluation at the perimeter of the site and work our way up, identifying critical points that are vulnerable, including the physical structure, functions, and even the reputation of the Company or Organization.
